This show home was completed in very tight timeframes and had to be ready for opening day! The team took on the challenge and exceeded expectations. The black mulch gardens really make the white pebble pathways "stand out". With use of plants that grow well in sandy and dry conditions for the gardens and use of paddock rocks with moss and sculptured ponga logs for garden features. We also installed an irrigation system for the ready lawn and gardens to keep everything fresh throughout the warmer months.

We utilised 3 x 100% recycled plastic screen panels to provide privacy to the main living areas without compromising light or outlook.
These clients were after a show stopping front section along with the practicality of steps for access to their letterbox and rear section. We added in framed trellis for privacy for a courtyard and black staining the stairs brought the design together!
After this new build was complete, the owners decided they wanted to extend their patio with a pathway and create an easy-care section with a bark lawn. The choice of dark pavers against the white lime chip made the pathway really "pop", creating a modern landscaped section.
