This rental property was in desperate need of a good tidy-up. We weeded, cleaned up and mulched all the garden areas and installed new pathways with gravel and pavers. Both landlord and tenants were very happy with the outcome and are looking forward to an easy care property for the future.
Pre Rental Landscaping
These clients were seeking quality landscaping to entice quality tenants. The entire property was landscaped from soil and seed to the stunning black much and paddock rock gardens. We utilised 3 x 100% recycled plastic screen panels to provide privacy to the main living areas without compromising light into the main living area or outlook

Ridgeway Drive Rental Property Landscaping and Upgrades
We began this job clearing away overgrown gardens, trimming existing plants and installing and mulching new gardens. We constructed paddock rock retaining and built a gravel area around the washing line and path. Resulting in another happy investor and tenant!
